Cancellations and changes to your order are subject to the following policy:

• Cancellation fee: 25% of service charge if cancelled within 24 hours of pickup
• No-show fee: 100% of service charge if laundry is not ready at pickup time or you are unavailable

You authorize FreshSpin Laundry to charge your payment method for services rendered. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless you have an active subscription

• Subscription customers are billed according to their selected plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
• Invoices are available in your account dashboard
• Late payments may result in service suspension

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and for all charges incurred through your account.

• Damage claims exceeding the total amount you paid for the service in the past 90 days
• Staining, fading, or shrinkage of items caused by washing or dry cleaning processes

FreshSpin Laundry is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to pre-existing defects, manufacturing flaws, or hidden damage not visible during pickup.

FreshSpin Laundry provides services on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
